This is a notice, not a certificate. It describes how this website handles what you send through its forms. It does not claim a registration, audit or certification under any data-protection scheme.
What is collected
Only the fields you fill in on the form you choose.
Buyer enquiry
- Product, quantity and frequency
- Quality specification
- Desired start date
- Delivery location
Supplier, partnership and contact enquiries
- Commodity and location
- Acreage or supply volume
- Expected harvest timing
- Supply history
Careers enquiry
- Role or area of interest
How it is used
- An enquiry is used only to review and answer it: to qualify a buyer, supplier, career or partnership conversation against the current plan.
- Enquiry details are not sold, rented or shared as marketing leads.
- Enquiries are stored in the internal operations system. Staff records and internal working data stay in that system and are never published on this site.
- Only staff whose role permits it can read an enquiry, and their actions are audited.
- To correct or close an enquiry you have sent, use the contact page and say which enquiry it was. Closing it stops further follow-up.
