Planned · Kigumba coreHuman-food maize processing
Plan approximately two acres for corn / maize within the existing 7.5-acre biological zone. Survey, crop workflow and commissioning remain open gates.

Tibekinga Holdings is planning a measured, Uganda-first operating model. During the first two years, livestock activity is limited to Rakai / Kacheera while the larger land lease, feed-production technology and construction process are secured.

Capital planning is focused on Rakai and Kigumba, with Gulu outside Phase 1. Current site allocations are targets: land rights, exact boundaries, approvals and commissioning still need evidence, and no parcel is represented as secured or operating.

Phase 0–0.75 · RakaiLivestock activity stays in Rakai / Kacheera for the first two years. This plan does not imply land tenure, animal purchases or an operating farm.
After Phase 0.75Goats and pigs remain supported options but stay disabled until Phase 0.75 is complete. Turkey and guinea fowl also remain supported, hidden and disabled by default.
Planned · Kigumba corePlan the interim one-acre biofarm and feed-processing footprint within the existing dirty-industrial zone. The bio lab stays inside the farm boundary; Gulu remains outside Phase 1.
The approximate allocations reuse the existing blueprint targets. They do not add land to the core plan or establish ownership, lease, survey or permission.

The only livestock location during the first two years. Goats and pigs remain off until the phase exit conditions are met.
The approximately nine-acre core target includes the 7.5-acre biological and one-acre dirty-industrial allocations. Plan crop and interim feed uses within those existing zones; the bio lab stays inside the farm boundary.
Planned for the distinct tarmac site, subject to tenure, approvals, safety and commissioning. “Service centre” does not enable fuel, repairs, food or lodging.
Tropical Coffee, a roasted ground Robusta, is about to launch: see Products. Growing coffee stays off until its phase and plan are set. Gulu is outside Phase 1 and its feed-processing option stays disabled.
This platform is working software, not a concept deck: a typed API, an operations console, and an offline field application that queue captures locally and synchronize with explicit retry. What it does not yet do is operate at commercial scale.
This page set: evidence-bound content, open enquiries, and a manifest of every image the site uses with its provenance.
Thirty permissioned destinations over receiving, milling, feed, livestock, finance, approvals and audit — every write guarded and recorded.
Twenty capture modes that work with no signal, plus queue, alerts, inventory and profile — an encrypted local queue, and explicit retry and discard rather than silent loss.

Every enquiry is read by the commercial team against the operating model above — nothing here commits either side to anything.
