Preview ahead of launch. This is a preview of Tibekinga Holdings before it starts trading. Operations are being set up, and the figures and plans shown are planning material, not operating results.
Operations

How the Kigumba core target is planned to work.

The approximately nine-acre Kigumba / Kiryandongo core target is a target, not a secured parcel. Its zoning below is a plan: nothing on this page is built or operating.

Planned zones

Each zone is labelled with its current state. Every zone is still Planned.

Planned

Dirty-industrial zone, about one acre

Reserved for an interim biofarm / feed-processing footprint. The on-farm bio lab sits inside the farm boundary; its exact position is not yet assigned.

Planned

Human-food maize mill

A planned processing module. No mill is built or running, and no capacity or throughput is claimed. It proceeds only through its own investment gate.

Planned

Buffer, about half an acre

A buffer keeps industrial traffic, dust and waste handling apart from the biological zone, so biosecurity rules can be enforced at a single crossing.

Planned

Biological zone, about 7.5 acres

Holds an approximately two-acre corn / maize pilot. No livestock is planned at Kigumba during Phase 0–0.75; livestock activity in the first two years is limited to Rakai / Kacheera.

Planned

Separate tarmac plot, one to two acres

A separate roadside target, not part of the core. Its use is subject to tenure, approvals, safety and commissioning.

The founder-approved site-plan boards are kept on the estate site-plans page. They are planning records and predate later decisions.

Record trail

How a planned zone becomes a site

A zone moves only when its records do. Nothing here is built yet.

  1. StrategicProjectThe core target, with an explicit state
  2. RegistryOptionWhich modules and locations are enabled
  3. InvestmentGateThe evidence a module needs before it proceeds
On the record

What the platform records about a site

  • A site is held as a strategic project with an explicit state, so a planned zone cannot be read as a built one.
  • Whether a location option is enabled and public is a registry record, and a change to it is audited.
  • Each module, such as the mill, has its own investment gate that must be passed before it proceeds.
Not claimed

What this page does not claim

  • No zone on this page is built, commissioned or operating, and no parcel is represented as secured or surveyed.
  • No livestock is planned at the Kigumba core during the first two years.
