Rakai and Kigumba are the Phase 0–0.75 focus.
Livestock activity is limited to Rakai / Kacheera for the first two years. The existing approximately nine-acre Kigumba / Kiryandongo core target includes the 7.5-acre biological zone for an approximately two-acre corn / maize pilot and the one-acre dirty-industrial zone for an interim biofarm / feed-processing footprint, with a bio lab inside the farm boundary.
The separate one-to-two-acre tarmac plot is for planned parking and truck wash only, subject to tenure, approvals, safety and commissioning. Gulu is outside Phase 1. No specific parcel is represented as secured, surveyed or operating.
