Estate site plans
The founder-approved site-plan boards, kept as planning records.
These boards record how the sites were planned. They predate later decisions, so the head counts, species, capacities and facilities printed on them are not current plans, counts or claims. Renders on the boards are illustrative.
The current position is on the operations and projects and locations pages.
Current planning boards
The two separated targets and the zoning of the core target.

Earlier campus drawings
Two earlier drawings of one contiguous campus are superseded by the two separated targets and are not published here: their printed text includes private working details that public pages do not carry.
On the record
How the boards are kept
- The boards are the founder-delivered files, kept byte for byte and checked against a recorded hash.
- Every published image has a dossier that states its provenance, its purpose and what it must not be used to claim.
Not claimed
What these boards do not claim
- The boards are planning records. Their head counts, species, capacities, yields and facilities predate later decisions and are not current plans.
- No board shows a secured parcel, an approved permit or a running operation.
